Don, looks good. What do you normally use as a dressing?

Drew, to really make the salad pop we also use this recipe. Just put the ingredients in a blender. To make it fat free just replace the nuts with white beans.

4 cloves roasted garlic (raw also works)
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar (white or dark)
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dries basil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3 TBS sunflower seeds
