I love digging up red potatoes. The adult version of an Easter egg hunt.
nice visit with sister and husband, had lunch outside on bench watching the birds zip around. We were too close to bluebird nest, couldn't get momma to come back while we were sitting there.
She hopped on the roof, she hopped on the gutter, all the time watching us, but stayed away from birdhouse. Bluebirds have problems with local bluejays; I see them fighting and swooping at each other; I think momma bluebird is protecting her nest. Pretty sure there are chicks in there based on constant returns to nest.
cloudy and grey out but still nice, a little breeze.
BIL looked around at local woods and noted all the dead ash trees.
choice of either washing the car or mowing the lawn this afternoon. I did the inside of the car but may wait on outside.
Neighbor with overgrown back yard asked me to mow it for next three weeks until she leaves for good.
I figure it costs about ten bucks in gas each time I do it at today's gas prices.
In the last week I put 75 bucks in gas in the car twice. Not sure if pump cut off but seemed to be full. Almost 25 bucks for a can of gas for mower.
Truckers must be going broke.
I hope Eric is doing ok.
