Good morning to all! Low of 52°, going up to a high of 76°. Finally a period of nice days. Yesterday was very nice. We actually have a very slight (30%) chance of a t-storm tomorrow afternoon. I really hope the odds are in our favor.... it's been 72 days without a trace of precipitation here.
I think I'm getting over the 'crud' / bug that I contracted. Sunday and Monday, I barely got out of bed. Yesterday morning was feeling much, much better. General weakness and a mild cough was all that remained. No alligators were detected snooping around. I still took it easy all day.
Unfortunately, the wifey started with a sore throat last evening.... this morning showing the same symptoms that I had. Hopefully it will be a short lived bug also. She is also negative for an alligator bite.
Drew, good luck with your trailer search. If you remember my restoration of my small 4x8' utility trailer. I must have replaced the tail lights at least 3 times. Just bad placement, always catching them on something and breaking them off. Finally relocated them and welded protection frames around the newest set of LED trailer lights. It's been about a year now, they are still working and still in the same mount!
Kyle, good luck with the new job! Hope it is a pleasant indoctrination.
L4N, good luck with your return to work, hope everything goes as planned. Check in when you get an opportunity. Stay safe, watch for those moose!
Today's agenda includes trying to get the one area where the 2 transplants were done. Need to get the drip irrigation reconfigured, the post and rail fence put back together. Then ,of course, more mulch. I'm not sure if I'll have the energy to finish, but I'm gonna give it my best shot! The sun will do me good.
I'm sure I missed some on-goings here.... been trying to stay on top of reading the posts, but that was almost TMI..... you guys are always busy!
Everyone have a great day!
