Those connections really have to be done correctly. You have to use a burnishing type flaring tool and Nylog lube/sealant.
It’s a very safe bet that a leak on a Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, or other major league offering is on the line set.
He noticed the wrong sealant was used

This, too:
good idea, that looks like fun
but drilling down they have limited car parking and only parking in parking garages, a clear fail for an rv.
So not sure I can get there...
they have a place in the back for busses. Maybe if I call they will allow me to park in the back.??

I have same problem parking at tractor museum
looks mighty tight

I recall that for composite more closely spaced support beams had to be used to prevent sagging. Treated 2x's were closely spaced for the stairs and balconies and no sagging after all this time even on the wide stairs

Trex says they support 16" OC, but I have my doubts. I will probably just go with wood again, but will price both.

Good (Tuesday) morning. Overnight Low was, again, 11.1C and it's presently 14.5C, partly cloudy with some gusting wind. There was 6.0mm in the gauge @ 0900.

Nothing 'pressing' on for today. The shed tank pump seems to be behaving... which means I'll be keeping an 'ear' on the situation.

That's about it, take care all.

even though my rv is now cooperating, thought it would be handy to have a 20amp spare gfci.
Seems I have a choice of ground fault or ground fault plus arc fault. The latter apparently being a newer standard?
Ten bucks more, 30 vs 20, so I went for the double unit. Figured sort of like having my smoke detectors and gas detectors
being in same unit. Hopefully more protection and not more faulty trips.

having water in your live receptacles certainly creates a ground, which I witnessed.
when does the arcing start?

I have one gfci in rv, in the bathroom, where the bidet seat plugs in.
Surface mount, so easy to swap out the unit. But since the one in there likely works fine, so far...,
I'm happy to just carry a spare.
More likely to have an issue with the one on the garage wall.
I'd love to run 50 amps to the garage. 15 going on 13 is pretty inadequate...
If I ever want an EV car or plug in hybrid, going to need more juice.
would be nice to be able to run motorhome a/c on garage outlet but it just trips the breaker
in the house.

when i get home from my trip, I hope to put the rv in a campground in Hatfield that has very reasonable monthly rates.
Then I can get my car back in the garage for the winter.
The golf cart won't fit in the new shed, so I ordered an outdoor cover for it,
but new shed should hold Gravely and JD mower.
hopefully I can move a lot of gardening stuff to the outside shed leaving more room for
woodworking and neater storage. My storage skills are dubious.

Good Evening Dennis,
Trex says they support 16" OC, but I have my doubts. I will probably just go with wood again, but will price both.
Dennis, I used Trex on my Ct deck with 16”OC with no adverse problems! The deck is 20ft long, boards grooved both sides so I used the tee shaped hold downs !

I have procrastinated long enough. Tomorrow is my day to drive up to shed shop
in Quakertown and order the shed for a Nov 1 delivery.
That will be fun to come home to.

Spending extra money for Amish made quality construction.
hopefully my last garden shed
spec'ing the oversized door hinges, several hundred more but don't want saggy doors.
One door will be a 6 footer with double doors so 50 inch mower deck can get by.
Am having the wood doors stained light brown and I'll spar varnish them. Natural wood IMHO simply looks nice.
pretty sure most of you agree
rest of shed is some vinyl siding, shingles, all greys and then dark green trim to match the garage and cottage.
no one can see it anyway, totally hidden behind garage.
But I wanted those natural wood doors to be the focal point.

of course I will have the optional window flower boxes
how I hang up tools will be decided after I park the two mowers in there and see what room is left.
There will be a potting/work shelf at one end.

add on cost for a full heavy duty floor is substantial, but necessary.
site prep is over a grand, that I will take care of myself or my lawn guys will.
I already had a 7x7 site leveled and stoned, just need it expanded to 8x12
no electric or complications
just as much shed as I can put in and stay under 100sf.
at 101 sf, the complications begin

Good Evening Don,

We use Eero extender up in our Vt home ! The barn is about 100 ft from the house and it seems to work well !

I’ve been using Eero since they first came out. Quite pleased with them. Should be on sale during Prime.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 67° with Rain this morning. Heading to 85° with partly cloudy skies. Thunderstorm woke me up 3am. Dropped .61" rain in a few minutes. Dentist appointment went good. Do not like getting x-rays done. No new cavities. Did not get started on putting flail mower and tractor ready for mowing fields. Will get that this morning. Take Sassy to groomer in afternoon. Then first PT visit after that.

Good morning,
76° now dew point 72°
Mid 90’s today, hazy, hot, humid. Winds WSW 10-15 mph. (basically a repeat of yesterday)

Yesterday was a conserve energy day, we did get another 0.01” of rain, better than nothing I guess.

Outside when it gets a little lighter, enjoy coffee and water garden, then off to do some grocery shopping this morning.
No plans other than staying cool.

Enjoy your day everyone
Stay safe and healthy

Good morning, the low temp is 69 and going to a high of 77°F. Wind S 7 mph. 40% chance of showers.

I've got an appointment with the stroke quack at 9, I have no idea how long that will take. It doesn't matter. It'll be done when it is done. Hopefully he will sign off on my license medical and I can get my license back.

Have a safe day all

76 heading to 100. Hit 100.4 yesterday. Felt like it, too.

Ron, I love the smell of milkweed. We have a patch of them in our field, but their bloom ended about a month ago. It's an important plant for the migration/breeding of Monarch butterflies.

RNG, nice that you helped that lady with her car problem. Good that a buddy backed you up at the transaction meet.

Thomas, I walked the string trimmer for about 2 hours yesterday, too...until the battery died. It's a 60 volt 9ah, so it lasts about as long as I want to last.

I had to do lots of flower and garden watering since my wife is out of town. I caught a couple of hundred gallons of rain water off the roof Friday, but the sun had heated it so hot, I had to blend in cold water from the spigot to safely use it.

Stay cool!

Good luck with Dr appointment. My dealings with Dr signing off on a condition here in the states. Is it isn’t going to happen. Most Drs are playing the CYA game. Can’t blame them. Lawyers sue for almost everything.
