Rigby has a puppy training session this morning. We are hoping he will overcome fear of other puppies and dogs. We've been trying things to help with that-- he is totally fine with people, just fearful of other dogs.

told my young friend I needed help with my eufy camera programming and he said fine, but not til next week, he is off
to Canada with his mom for a family reunion on her side. Leaving disabled father at home, my old friend, and so I'm doing babysitting
duty Friday and Saturday. He is confined to a powerchair and for some reason does not want to get a car with hand controls.

it's hard for me to understand choosing to stay home and being totally dependent on one's wife, if one has alternatives.
maybe it's a mental problem too. Not something I can fix so have to be careful not to try too hard even with best intentions.
We've been friends since high school. He was the goalie and I was the fullback and we went to the Bux Mont championship together.
He was constantly yelling at me Get Him! Get him! We still laugh about those days.

feels nice to just go slow, time for a hot shower and trip downtown.

Bill have a safe trip to town.

Grass is very tall, and I didn’t have a mower following me. But the deer are enjoying, was greeted by 5, 2 with spots.

Good morning, 67 going to 84 no rain

Went to UPS to send packag. Lots of people and hard to park 24 foot Sprinter.

Mowed some more grass on the field near the highway.

Going up through the forest this morning to the grower for a few things. Always a nice drive

Checked on the new stove scheduled for next month installation.

Didn’t venture far from airport, ate lunch (ribs with Cole slaw and steamed broccoli) at a place nearby in a shopping center.

I had ribs yesterday evening, but sure wasn’t mission bbq. People rave about the place, it was just ok.

For lunch I stopped at the little gas station near the lot. Had an excellent hamburger.

69 going up to 88 and sunny.
Weedwhacked whole driveway and used the blower to clean up.
More garden cleanup and general bush cleanup around pool.

Got a call late from my Uncle, seems dad GF finally ok'd plan to bring him home from rehab when coverage is done in Sep, and use their pensions to have people on site to help them. So we are all much happier.

blew a trillion acorns off my friend's porch and watered her plants.
picked up new reading glasses with a sturdy frame that hopefully will not fall apart like the last set.
dropped off a birthday present to brother for his grandson while I am away traveling.
and now home, could mow, but another day is fine.

My amcrest cameras are nice, but I get many motion hits a day. Sometimes just clouds moving, lots of birds, trees blowing, moths at night. The eufy tracks auto and people. So far 5 events for today. My reolink has 50 events already, both look at same view.

I am back from town. Had to go to Sundridge and stand in line at the bank for 30 minutes. Got up to 20.3 mph out of it. My speedo goes both ways, miles or kilometers and I prefer miles.
Got more drugs from the dope store, $106.oo but according to the quack they were supposed to be free. They will be free when I hand him the bill for them or I wont be taking any more after this script runs out.
He wont guarantee that I will live another 77 years if I take the drugs. I have lived the first 77 years drug free.

PopG, your dashboard is way too busy for me. My old Freightliner was a dream with only 11 switches including the air valves for the power dividers (2) and the slider for the 5th wheel.

Good morning! Low of 57°, heading to 90°, sunny and no chances of rain in the 10 day. Heat building into the mid nineties next week.

Got the septic area cut yesterday, apparently whatever I fixed (???) on the garden tractor worked, no stalling or lack of power.....
It was working so well, I chopped off the "end cap" of the septic riser at the end. The worst part was that I trimmed around the bright white caps before even mowing the field so I would SEE THEM! I just wasn't paying attention!

Then, started the string trimmer and only got about a 1/4 of the way done..... what was that blue thingy and big spring that just went flying?.....
The head on the trimmer decided to self destruct! No replacement on the shelf..... sigh....

TSC had one at $28.... most lawn shops have them for around $18..... found a set of three for $18 on EBay with free shipping! The singles were around $10. Might get here by Sat. The weeds will just have to wait......

Decided not to do anything today except to run the drip, piddle around, and see if I have another 4" pvc cap...... Don't need any more frustration.

Now that it's taken me over 3 hours to complete this post due to interruptions....
The excursion is now throwing codes......
Can't do much from 4 1/2 hours away.....

Changed bucket on the excavator and took care of the deer compacting the dirt and leveled it

Mowed the meadow or at last a good portion of it for the second time this year. It was very tall grass and ran over it 2 times to pulverize the clippings

had to take trash out but lawn there was a little high so first I mowed the lawn and then
took the cans out to the road

filled up the bird feeders again, those bluejays are really wasting my seed.
I think the problem is the combo seeds and nuts mix; they dig around for what they want and they
are apparently hunting something other than sunflower seeds.
