Good evening all. 56ºF for the start, overcast, breezy. Moderate wind, sky cleared off till late afternoon, line of rain came through less than .1 inch in rain gauge, and high temp was 72ºF. Made coffee to start day, made oatmeal for breakfast, bike ride, stopped to talk to several people on ride, lunch, nap dinner.
Drew hope you can get some rain. Hope drop off of RV goes well and the plumbing gets fixed to be more vibration resistant. Sorry about you overflowing the shed before you moved into it. Hope you get some blackberries.
Ron glad you got trails rolled, sorry to they pushed mounds back up so quick. Good luck with the traps. Hope shopping went well. Nice pic

Happy(nc) Sorry bridge repairs are taking so long, but you aren't the only one fixing roads and/or bridges. Glad step total up.
Mike has to be frustrating that they didn't clean the mess up and now are making more difficult for you to take care of it. Maybe you should start charging them for your time? Hope you can take care of your place for a while and work on job situation. Hope mowing goes well.

Coffee is done brewing. 39° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 57° with sunny skies. Grocery shopping went good. Didn't get much done yesterday. Mole traps are doing their job. 2 trees in front yard are still holding on to their leaves. Maybe tomorrows cold and Sundays rain will bring them down.

Morning all!
Currently 34 going to a sunny 60 with red flag burning warnings! After the wet, wet spring we had there has been no rain to speak of all summer. Numerous fires burning all around here.
Off to the apartment house this morning so I can remove the mower and install the snow blower. All of my leaf picking equipment is winterized and put away.
Back yard finally looks nice!

Should be greener but the lack of rain really messed with it this year.
You can see this years pile of leaves on the left and last years all composted up on the right.
Working on 3 projects in the shop. Nothing complete though.

Good morning TBN!!
65 this morning and making a run at the record this afternoon. 80 forecast and 81 record.
Good day yesterday with a lot of walking. 10k steps. Walked all of my trails except 2 that are so impassable we can't just walk them. Didn't want to climb through the downed trees to check out the other sides yet. Wait for it to cool off a bit then plenty to chainsaw.
Put the tractor in the river to build our little waterfalls back up. Not very big but definitely sounds nice. Rearranged some stones to walk across since I took the ladder out.
Tried to push a pine over that was much bigger then I thought. Leaning against another larger tree. Now I can't cut it down safely. Probably put the 12k winch around it and pull it in another direction to drop it. Makes the trail to narrow to get through easily. Drops off quite a bit right next to it.
Not sure what I will get in to today but looks to be beautiful.
