Thanks, I did talk to him, but the Helo company does what they want.That is essentially true, but generally the pilots will fly as neighborly as possible. Perhaps a conversation with the neighbor voicing your concerns passed on to the pilots would be a big help. Also keep in mind that they are going to want to approach into the wind. Our prevailing wind is out of the NW.
One other consideration, if diplomacy fails, is that in PA while you can land anywhere with the property owner’s permission, using unlicensed landing sites is limited to “occasional use”.

Could be worse, there could be a house being built back there if they hadn't bought the land.
