Our ex mark really mows a nice pattern looks striped without striping kit just uses a lot of gas two mowings 5 gallons of gas gone. 29 HP has advantages and disadvantages. It will mow grass 1foot or taller no problem and very comfortable to ride on with head phones on I hear nothing
31 HP pre emission diesel is pretty frugal on gas and not having to deal with gas cans is a big help using the farm diesel tank for refueling. Replacing with today's ZT Kubota with similar HP and 72 inch deck as well is 27,000 dollars. Ouch

68F and Sunny @ 10:00, heading up to around 80F for the day’s high.

Refilled hopper feeder first thing yesterday, also scattered some seeds for ground feeders along with old bread.

Suet feeders were basically empty so those will get refilled today, along with the tube feeders.

No spraying done yesterday due to wind.

Got entire front mowed after “polishing” the underside of the deck.

Got 45 winter squash and pumpkin seeds planted in pots and moved around back to the shelves.

Tomatoes on the shelves out back are now big enough (12”+ tall) that we can start getting those in the ground, along with some of the summer squash and cukes.

Have more tomatoes in the little greenhouse in the dining room that need to be moved out to the shelves in back.

Moved over the boards for the raised beds from the barn and got the ends cut to length for three frames.

Today I’ll get the long sides cut to length, trimming off the one bad end each board seems to have.

After that start sanding them to clean them up a bit.

Outside dimensions on the beds will be 45” x 93”.

Have appointment this afternoon to have the sutures in my neck removed.

Hope everyone is having a decent Tuesday.

Curious as to what a Dolphin Sigma pool vac looks like

That’s about $1200 worth. Did find a bit of water in the motor box. Motors tested out fine with a battery. Dried out pcb but not tested. So today I will put back together

Very nice Happy Hour. I went with the fajitas.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

That looks very different from my current Dolphin, think I have a model or 2 down.
Replaced the cable and rollers so far in 6 years.
Hope your fix works, salt water in the motor box does not sound good.

scott, regarding your urologist; when he has his left hand on your left shoulder and his right hand on your right shoulder...
he won't even give you the courtesy of a reach around.

Well, I got my nuts tightened up and the yard arranged and the BH on. Now unless you know where to look you cannot see the snow blower at all. That was enough work for today.
Tomorrow I'll attack the stump I have been working at for the past year. It should be pretty rotten by now. IF the wind is out of the south and not raining, then I will knock some trees down.

Another day on deck2. Never get as much done as I think I will, but got 4 posts notched for headers, and think I have posts in final position to anchor the bases to the concrete.
Discovered my final elevation is at least 1/2” high, due to green wood.
A dry 2x8 measures 7.25”, green are 7.5”.
I will make it work

Evening all!
72 and sunny out. Heading for coffee with my buddy in a bit.
Got the deck pressure washed yesterday and both car interiors cleaned today.
Figured I'd stop in and post a few projects I finished.
Zebra wood pocket box. Cherry tray and an oval ash tray.
