Again condemnation with no proof

I may have to use the magnifier, but I can read that letter.

also, I have posted the phone and email contacts repeatedly.

I understand that no amount of proof will convince you to give me my money back... maybe shame will work.

I have a pet rock from the 70's. It doesn't have a CSA sticker. Is it save to use? What about my mood ring? I hope they don't tell me to throw them out.

and I'll be happy to sell you some callaway clubs and a rolex watch... says callaway and rolex right on them.

unless, of course, there are already people on this site doing that?

The rock is a 'tripping' hazard... okay maybe not electrical. But that mood ring... clear some electro magnetic interference concerns. I hope you aren't wearing that ring while welding.

I hate to tell you, but the burden of proof is on you, not the readers of this forum.

I have a 21 inch screen with very good resolution and no matter how I try to look at that letter I cannot read it

Making phone calls when you cannot even provide a decent copy of the letter that is in your title of the post is sort of silly, dontya think?

And I can guarandamntee you one thing, I AM NOT EVER GOING TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.

Lemme see, do I have any financial interest in Everlast, that would be no
Do I have any financial interest in your dealing on your purchase, again that would be no

And you wonder why every time you make a post I am less and less on your side?????

Are you inferring you are willing to sell fraudulent items on the internet?

OMG!!!

I don't wonder why you aren't on my side, you are a troll... determined to protect Everlast by derailing any reasonable discussion, burying sensible comments under a mountain of manure, and just being an arse in general.

And again I say, you fail to comprehend anything you read!

Sir in my opinion, you are the troll

Or possibly just illiterate

Which if that is the case, I apologize for being so difficult on you

Poking around on the internet trying to find out more, and found this. It seems to me that the welders met the other safety regulator's standards but the wrong label was applied.

I applied the underline on the part I mentioned.

From:
Everlast Canada Campaign Bulletin No ...1

As some of you may know, we have recently sent out letters to all affected Canadian customers concerning a discrepancy found with product labeling. Improper applications of a generic version of a registered Canadian trademark were made at the factory without the proper credentials and license on a limited number of units produced from 2010-mid 2012. These units could have been properly labeled with another logo issued by another credentialing agency but were not. According to Canadian labeling requirements, these affected units are not credentialed properly with the related agency.
