One thing I have noticed is that the GPS will give you a ETA time. It does not seem to change much if you speed, but get caught at a stop light and the minutes add on. On hundred mile trips speeding only saves five minute or so, but a traffic jam and the minute add on fast.
On my Garmin, the term ETA means Estimated total driving Time to Arrival, not Estimated Time of Arrival, which I find bizzare.
