Thank you and far much cheaper than the Frontier! A lot cheaper! Thanks...

And I'm sure the quality is the same!! :confused2:

Seriously though, I would ask about the palletforks.com quality. I ordered a couple of "mounting plates" from them, based mostly on the price. These were pretty simple - basically a flat plate of steel with pointing points on it to attach it to the FEL. The plates were so bowed they weren't even usable. Then palletforks.com (aka Titan Attachments) wouldn't answer emails and their customer service phone number ALWAYS goes to a voice mail greeting. I did finally get them to agree to issue an RMA and a return shipment tag. hmmm, it's been two weeks now - I guess I should check my credit card statement to make sure they issued the refund.

MANY folks here on TBN have bought stuff from them only to find that the attachment points are out of line, welds are crappy, etc. I doubt you'll have that problem with your Frontier implement. And if you do, the Deere dealer will take care of you.

Just my :2cents:.

NEW TOOLS AT GREAT PRICES, SKIDSTEER TRACTOR IMPLEMENTS items in JEB SUPPLY COMPANY store on eBay!
Bought mine here, guy was very nice and had it in three days after ordering it.

I would probably look into a 72 in if I didn't have them bring out the Frontier 20 Grapple.
I have the 72" Monster Grapple, bought from the same guy that calhoun9001 did: New Loflin Extreme Monster 72" 6 Grapple Root Rake Bucket Skid Loader Holland | eBay

Now that's what I'm talking about!!! :) I called the dealer this afternoon and canceled the Frontier and going to place an order on the one you have. I have to wait until the tractor arrives as I don't have anything to unload the grapple when it would arrive.

This will fit the john deere? It is a 5075 E Cab. I'll call the dealer where you purchased yours to fact check. Thanks so much for the photos, it was very much appreciated!

I ordered my JD85 with a skid steer carrier. This way all skid steer attachments can be used.

WOW! I appreciate the feedback. You aren't able to reach them via phone and more or less bad customer service, along with problems on the equipment being out of whack? Anyone else had an issue?

Mine works great. Price was right. Construction is heavy duty. Shipping was fast and free. I'm happy and that's all I know about that :)

If your tractor doesn't have the SSQA (Skid Steer Quick Attach) it won't fit. You could call Loflin to see if they make them with the John Deere attachment system: Loflin Fabrication

you can get the 553 loader with the SSQA for a little extra $$, but that is not the standard setup. make sure like xfaxman said that your loader has it

I'll check into it. I know that the FEL had to be custom ordered due to the fact I am having the 3rd function installed. This is what I am told. I love my sales guy, he truly is a nice fellow and always there to answer questions.

There are issues no doubt with Titan, but there is also a lot of money to be saved. They are hit and miss, mostly hit. If you are handy and have a welder or can get welding done cheap AND you happen to have a problem, you will spend way less than the difference to get it fixed. Mostly they have slight fit issues.

I decided to purchase the john deere grapple that is made by "Frontier" due to the fact that I will have a guarantee and it is local. After reading horror stories from other brands not fitting, issues with customer support, having to hire a welder to modify etc etc.. I made the decesion based on the forum post.

The only thing I don't care for is it is just 62 inches wide. But I guess I can get the job done with that. I plan to pick up medium size trees that I am cutting down and large to medium size brush loads.

I was going to purchase their pallet forks but their $900-$1,200 big ones. I am going to wait that out for now. You all have been great!

I have the JD grapple on my 5085e. Only used it one day, but moved a ton of brush. Pushes through 1-3" trees like they were not there. Also used it to move a good sized log to block an old ATV trail.

WOW! I like it! Can't wait till mine arrive. I have several old tree logs that I can't wait to move. I'm looking forward to seeing what the 3rd function looks like on the stick.
