Grapple got a lot of use the last week as we cleaned up a bunch of cottonwood out of a walnut Grove we planted 15-20 years ago. Between the grapple and tree shear we didn't even use a chainsaw. Nice work PS! Were all the cottonwoods volunteers? IMHO they are really crap trees.

Please remind us, which tree shear did you buy?

How do you like the Kubota ctl? Is it pre emissions ? Do you have to run Def?

The CTL isn’t an effective replacement for a compact tractor. It cost twice as much and destroys the ground it runs on. If you can live with those short comings it’s an amazing tool. It makes a tractor loader look like an actual tinker toy tractor. It’s a last years model so it’s not pre emissions. It’s around 90 hp so DEF is required.
