I did say to pull the snow banks back from the lawn edge into the driveway, but others might have said so as well. I did it last spring, but this year missed the narrow window, and it's since closed. And this spring I've got a TON of gravel in my lawn in way too many places. Still too early to do the power broom/paddle wheel thing, have to wait for things to dry out a bit more.
Have used 2 different Echo split pole units, the newer one having higher engine CCs. Both have worked great, and the paddle has lasted so many years I haven't a clue how long I've had it, but it just doesn't wear out.
I pull toward me, switch from right to left side of my body to balance out the arms/shoulders, and occasionally use it pushing, but not often because it wreaks havoc on my back. The Echo backpak blower does a great job too.
I have the hedge trimmer, chainsaw with short and long bars, and the weed eater and tiller heads that came with the original tool. Never used the tiller to date...
Hedge trimmer articulates, so it can be used on tall grass or weeds along my pond banks, but it does tend to drop the clippings into the water. Will see further this spring/summer how my Samuri sickle bar cutter works for the same area.
