Greetings, all, from a newcomer.
After months of frantic research I took the leap and bought a gray, a YM2000 with an FEL and box scraper. I found a strange pattern that nearly everyone with a negative opinion had a 16000 dollar tractor to sell. Luckily I'm not frightened by anything with bolts on it, because the sales reps. were really quick with stories of mechanical nightmares. I haven't had a chance to put ballast in the tires yet and I'm already impressed. What a breath of fresh air compared to the Ford 2N I used prior. I have one modification I was planning on, to replace the dash panel indicator lights with actual guages. Does anyone know of any oddities to the Yanmar electrical system that I might need to know about before converting the lights? Thanks!
