Willman,
Since you are in PA, Morchesky trailer sales is where I bought mine. They are in Ebensburg. Their number is 814-344-8484. I bought my 06 in Sept. 05 I would guess they still sell them. They were great with me. I made the deal on the phone and made arrangements to drive down and pick it up on a Sat. Usually they close at 3PM. I left at 8:30 AM assuming a 5 1/2 hour ride (according to mapquest) but it turned out to be a little over 6 1/2 hrs for me. I called them before 3 and they waited for me to get there. When I'm in the market for another trailer I'll call them again.

PS I checked the H&H dealer locator and did not find Morchesky listed as an H&H dealer. Perhaps they don't deal with them anymore but it still wouldn't hurt to call providing they are still in business and what brand they sell now.

Thanks for the info!
It is a really good looking trailer ,and I like how you customized yours.

You all are a wealth of information. Thanks much! Question for George2615 and your conversion from manual to electric tilt. What size cylinder did you go with?

I used a 1 1/2" dia cyl. with an 18" stroke. Bought it from Northern Tool.

Willman,
Just checked H&H website and Morchesky in PA is listed as a dealer. Don't know why it didn't show up the other day.

H&H was my second choice. I wanted a tandem axle aluminum trailer and they only made a single axle. Their trailers have many little features that show they listen to their customers, like spring pins that don't fall out to lock the ramp up, ramps that fold flat, and many customizable choices in fenders, ramps, colors, gates, etc.

I ended up getting a Continental Cargo aluminum trailer, but would have bought H&H if I went with steel. It also pleases me they're still US made. I see many PJ trailers here, most made in Mexico. You have to wonder how little the Mexican worker makes, when local dealers find it cost effective to ship trailers about 1500 miles north to Canada from Mexico.

Quartz,

Sorry I'm a little late to the thread, but I bought a 2006 20ft electric tilt H&H last Jan and have been really happy with it. I had to drive several hours round trip to IN to get it, but have had no issues. I was concerned with a steep concrete driveway, but it clears fine due to the reverse dovetail at the tip. For a tilt-bed they are priced very reasonable (compared to Cam Superline, Big Tex etc.) but seem to be just as well built.
