Kubota national told me:
"Thank you for your continued correspondence with Kubota Customer Satisfaction. Kubota Tractor Corporation recommends bringing your RTV to the dealership that sold it to you. If this is not a feasible option, you may also contact any local Kubota dealership and arrange to have to the unit brought to them to verify the parts you need. If you and your dealer have already determined that the parts circled in the image you sent are the ones you need, then your dealer can order them for you. The part numbers are also included in the document you sent. We are able to record your comments, this department is unable to provide any form of technical, repair or maintenance assistance."
In other words, Kubota is saying, "I am done with you". I say, I guess the $170 Whole Goods Kit V4497 is worthless if I can't get a bracket to hold the cable.
I ask Customer "Support" what exactly is this kit for if it's not complete. That was not addressed.
Now I am pissed that I have a $170 bag of worthless parts that I have to go chase down another part, buy it, to make the kit they sell complete.
Tomorrow I am going to call Kubota National and try to find someone on the phone that can recognize a tractor 2 out of 3 times and maybe they will know how to solve this problem.
