Try your local library, they can search for you. Local college library might be a better shot. Usually online these days.

In the back of the Stern Book there is an address for additional copies that might work: Ponds, Progressive Farmer PO Box 830069 Birmingham, AL 35283-0069.
Tim Matson has two books that are actually a bit more complete than the Stern book they are: Earth Pond Sourcebook and Earth Ponds both published by The Countryman Press in Woodstock, Vermont.

Spent 5 minutes with google, it appears to be available from the Progressive Farming web site for about $19.
