Jinman - Great idea about the sink. It'll make cleaning up easier at lunch and the end of the day. I'll post pics when I get it plumbed. 
Builder - Excellent point about center of gravity. That's why I got a dump with the bed between the wheels (some manufacturers refer to this as "low profile") as opposed to over the wheels (deckover). I just measured and my deck height is 24". Out of curiosity, I went to a trailer manufacturer's website (Hudson Brothers came up first on Google) and checked the specs for some equipment trailers in the same class as my trailer. The deckover had a deck height of 31", and the fendered trailer had a deck height of 27". So, I'd say that in terms of COG, deck height is more important than the type of trailer.
I don't have my wiring connected to charge from the tow vehicle (yet), but I understand that a circuit breaker mounted on the trailer will eliminate blowing the vehicle fuse if you try to dump while connected to the vehicle. For now, I have a charger mounted in the battery box and I plug it in when parked. There's a good thread on this topic at:
