They can't snake...does that mean they will let you snake back from the manhole?
Can you LOOK in the manhole, turn on the pump, and see if anything comes out,, ?? :confused2:
No snake needed to take a peek,,,

I do see water, but it doesn't flow very fast. I think I found the issue though. I dug around where the 1 1/2" discharge line is and it comes out 1 1/2" PVC but there is a reducer that goes to 1" then to black poly pipe. So if my pump can pass 3/4" solids and it goes into a 1" pipe, it's definitely going to clog up.

Yep, that would be the restriction.I do see water, but it doesn't flow very fast. I think I found the issue though. Yep, that would be the restriction.
Those pumps are designed for 1.5 to 2 inch pipe.
For a 225 foot run, I would think 2 inch would be recommended.
You will need to run new pipe and make sure you install a check valve close to the pump and a gate valve after the check valve.
The gate valve is so you can service the check valve and the pump in the future.
Here is a diagram and a link in case the diagram does not display properly from my phone.
