I saw CW's post. The first thing I did was to check his profile, but there was no additional information provided. I thought that he did not give enough information to justify his conclusion at the time. Note that all warranties are voided either by use outside defined limits of the tool or machine as well as by inappropriate maintenance or abuse. A manufacturer may request for proof that one has a valid case before honoring a warranty, the fact that most of the time they take our words for it notwithstanding.
Since Kubota as an entity will not defend itself it is up to those that disagree with CW's conclusion (i.e. Kubota owners) to defend Kubota. The strong language used reflected the way they felt, and the first few comments were pleadings for more information.
The good thing about discussion boards like this is that nobody will be missed if they stop posting.
