The majority is silent. We are too busy "doing". The minority seems to have the time to make all the noise.

I have a theory. Anything we eat, anything we come in contact with, everything on this earth is harmfull to us in some fashion, some degree, some way. Watch exposure to the really really bad stuff, use everything in moderation, and try not to stress over the small stuff.

I agree, but in a slightly different way - and still come to the same conclusion.

If you do an analysis of our bodies, you will find heavy metals, poisons, even radioactive elements. If you take them all out --> you will die. That's right, our bodies have encorporated these things and now we depend on them and have for millions of years. But just like water or lawyers, small doses are required for life but too much can be harmful, even fatal.
