My wife wants a ground source unit in the next addition to the house. Not sure if we will go with a commercial unit, or probably do some home brew version.
I am looking at horizontal trenches with the ground loops in them. I have the tools and equipment and the area to do that, but I would have to hire out the deep well type.
I would be very interested in following along if anyone goes that way.
