Hello from Missouri

Hi everyone. I just bought a jd 755 tractor, and joined the forum looking for help with fuel issues. I am not new to engines and equipment, but need some help with this specific tractor. If any of you are Harley riders I知 on the hdforums under the name hdman13. I hope I can learn some new stuff here and maybe help others as well.

Start a thread in the JD forum concerning your problem. There are a LOT of JD owners on here and that is a popular older model tractor.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Shovelmike, nice thing about us harley riders is we’re everywhere. Ive got a ‘16 rgs and a ‘09 sg. Both set up like ultras. The wife sometimes rides the sg. My first 2 years of college were in Liberty just north east of KC.

William Jewell? I worked for Ford Tractor Division, then later the Clacomo plant and they paid my tuition to attend Park University after hours.
Now I substitute teach at our local high school, gets me out of the house and helps support the hobbies.

Yes Jewell. My wife is a teacher. It’s not a job I envy, but I guess some enjoy it. I haven’t been up in the Liberty area in 20+ years. I imagine a lot has changed. I bought my first brand new motorcycle from Liberty Cycle Center. It was a red and black Yamaha R6. My college roommate bought a new ninja at the same time. I had a lot of fun on that bike, but can’t imagine being all scrunched up riding one now. Love my Harley touring bikes.

73 Superglide (hence my screen name) 2nd owner, 85 Sporty bought new, 02 Ultra bought new as anniversary gift that year. Only 61,000 mi. On the Ultra, a couple of trips to Arkansas and Nebraska, home babysitting dogs these days. I buy at Gail's, Grandview. At 67, I doubt I will buy another, but who knows, grandad still rode at 75 and taught me.
