Sometime My 675 will not start and it is the connector on the pto switch. I guess dust or mud gets in it as it is under the rear axle. There is also a neutral safety switch on the trans. You can bypass both the PTO and neutral switch by unplugging them and jumping the two wires together with a piece of wire.

Been too wet to really do anything before now, but I got back on it today. I got it running.

While tracing wires, I found there is more than one ground. On the hidden ground, the crimped steel connector had rusted, breaking the ground. Ants had also clustered on the switch poles for lights. So even after fixing the ground, it took a little more work.
