Not sure how to start off. I am looking for a small tractor to do some leveling and clearing on a lot that recently purchased. The idea tractor would have a scrapper and front loader. An older tractor is fine but one that runs well.

How small is small - 2000 lbs, 4000 lbs?
What kind of soil do you have - rocky, sandy, clay?
Does the lot have trees - will you be removing stumps?
