help !! 2305 had transmission leak

Gator 6x4 Thanks for that thought but no help still not working

I knew I had not turned valve since probably the first week ,of owning about 20 mos ago
and no one else uses the tractor. But befor I answered back I went down turned valve all the way opened and all the way closed . and no luck it is still not working.
I would have felt dumb as you know what if that would have fixed the 3pt

Looks like you have a backhoe. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the power beyond quick coupling. If the 2305 is like the 3320, if the coupling is not for sure connected the hitch will not work.

Thanks I'll try that tomorrow, That connection has not been disconnected for about 4-5 mos.
Last evening when I first started tractor, 3pt was lowered , It raised fine, mowed then put 3pt down to check levels, since then it has not worked.
Will advise if this helps.

Does the machine make a sound, like it's under load, when you move the lever to lift the 3 pt? or does it not make any kind of sound at all?

Thank you, thank you ,thank you. That was the trouble !!!!!!!!

It was just barely not connected, I was wondering about that and thought no I haven't had it disconnected
As soon as I looked closer at the connection I seen it wasn't latched. Plugged in started tractor works like a charm.
Since you mentioned this I remember something about 3pt not working if something was not connected when I got the 2305 and bh. could not remember what !!!
Well that must be what they told me

IT WILL BE WRITTEN DOWN IN THE SERVICE MANUAL OF TRACTOR TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE AND IF ITS NOT IN THE BH MANUAL IT WILL BE WRITTEN DOWN IN IT.
