Help! B3200, bucket wont curl down! (dump)

All other loader functions work fine. Almost feels like there is binding in the valve, but I may be wrong. Any ideas? 150 hours on the tractor...easy hours mowing and snowblowing mostly.

Check quick connects and then look at the joy stick mechanicals.

That sounds just like the valve problems that some B2320/B2620 series tractors have seen,such as the B2620 of member sandyc.
Have not heard of the same problem on the B3200 though,as it may not even be the same valve.

Your QD's is the problem, they are not fully seated..

Reset them or replace

QD's were reseated...can't see any mssiing bolts or binding...taking to the dealer tomorrow. thanks for your help so far!

Try swaping the curl and dump lines which should reverse the flow direction. If it still doesn't dump. Its your QD end on the hose. If it won't curl but now dumps its either the valve or the qd end on the valve.

I supposed I could have said all the things that could go bad, not just the obvious.

debris, jamming up the spool

parts on the end of the spool defective, springs, etc

load check parts in spool

spool not actually moving

no fluid to spool

re-seating the QD's is one thing, but is fluid actually making it's way to the cyl

Valve failure! Thanks to Matt @ Harry's Motorsports in Presque Isle, Maine for chasing Kubota on this...and thanks to Kubota for covering this part! They didn't have to do that. I'm covering labor, but I'll take it! Thanks again to both.

After my valve was replaced the FEL hasn't let me down. Believe that Kubota must have a known defect and they are making good on replacing them where necessary.
