Here is just a suggestion. Chain the bucket to a tree and pull with the tractor very slow to see if it will pop back over center, if that is the problem.

Also, you might play with the control to work the cylinder with the tractor pulling. Don't overdo this but it could snap back.

Thanks for the recommendations, but I have decided to let my dealer fix the problem while it is still under warranty. I will post an update when I find out what is wrong.

My bh75 is fixed for now. Dan's recommendation of chaining the bucket to a tree and gently moving forward pulled the boom back into its proper position. Kubota is aware of this problem and is working on a fix. Everything seems to be working ok and the only damage is a couple of small marks where the bh hit the frame from being too far farward. -Doug

Glad it's fixed. You can buy stroke limiting collars that go onto the rod. They will limit the amound of retract the cylinder can do. Price is about $50. You can also make something to do the same thing cheaper.
