Re: Help!!!! Can\'t make up my mind!
I've had it for almost a month now and have 28 hrs on the clock. I have modified it a little bit too. When I get around to it I'll take and post some pics.
1) I installed a 5.56mm (aka .223 Remington - think M-16/AR-15) ammo box as a tool box using the seatbelt anchor position a la Mrwurm. I stripped all of the Army green and Yellow paint off and painted it a nice NH Blue.
2) I fashioned the toolbox bracket to be able to mount the SMV emblem immediately aft of the tool box. There is no interference with the toolbox since it opens from the end. There is also no interference with the top link of the TPH. I used 3/16 X 2 flatbar, and will also be mounting my rear worklights to the bracket as well as soon as they come in. I didn't have to drill any additional holes. Painted the the bracket using a nice gloss black engine epoxy.
3) Installed bolt on Cargo hooks to the reinforced area at the top edge of the loader bucket. Will probably weld on chain hooks in the future, but these will do nicely for now.
4) Mounted the tiltmeter from my old tractor on the left hand FEL bracket.
5) Installed a retractable seat belt in place of the factory belt.
