Help...Cub Cadet 3000 series won't run more than 3 minutes

Put in new factory carb, new factory fuel pump, and tractor won't run more than 3 -4 minutes.
Bought it used , and was supposedly gone over....but I am thinking fuel line was not routed correctly
and has kink in it....will remove seat and install new fuel line..... any other suggestions, or thoughts ?
Tractor is 2003 3206 model.

Does that model have a fuel filter between the tank and the pump? If so I would replace the filter, if not I would pull the fuel line off the tank and let it run out for a little bit because there's probably some kind of junk in the tank that is blocking the fuel outlet after it runs for a few minutes.

That sounds like just about the right amount of time for an electronic ignition component to be heating up and failing. Like the coil/ignition module.

Or it runs just long enough to form a vacuum in the fuel tank.

Check the fuel tank cap, make sure that the vent is not plugged.
