Help freeing up stuck Kubota mini-excavator track rollers ?

It is amazing that Kubota has any moving part that is only $150.

Interesting that the roller wheels will wear out before the bearings fail. I wonder if that is pretty universal on extra-small excavators.

They’re not. Kubota ones are about $350 and you can buy aftermarket ones for around $150.

OK that makes sense it was for oil.
Yeah grease would work for the '2nd life' with dead seals.
If I get into a bind I'll do that.

I found new rollers on eBay for $89 each but they only had 3 remaining.
I bought all 3, but the machine will be down for another week.
No doubt the other 3 are equally worn out.

I searched hard and could find no others for $89. Found lots for $150-190
For genuine Kubota price I saw $312 somewhere. But I don't need genuine Kubota. This is a wonderful little machine but not an heirloom.
My personal use probably won't use them up again.

It’s not a plugged grease fitting. The factory rollers are oil filled. You probably could grease fill them and get out of buying new seals.

I may have to buy new tracks .
If yes I'll grease-fill the rollers and re-use them.
The bearings are "not loose".

Today's not raining, not muddy.
No more "assuming".

But it looks like my machine has a "wrong track" that ruined the rollers.

It looks like you figured out why the machine is struggling to move. New tracks and rollers might not be the best news you’ve heard this week but it’s a lot better than new drive motors.
