Update: went to court today to review the restraining order.
Bottom line is the judge decides she has to come out and see the property so on Thursday HEre come de judge!
Thnks are looking like a Matlock episode. The judge and all. She should enjoy your neighbors pile of crap and vehicle that is on your property. Maybe she will rule right then and there in your favor. That would be nice.
Well the next night about 6:30pm their new tenants come down the road too fast. I don't know if they have informed the new tenants of the speed restrictions. My wife calls the sheriff. He shows up about 10 pm (wish it could have been even later) explains everything to them. They complain that I'm running my tractor without working (Iknow I'm slow but....) Wierdly the sheriff somewhat seemed to agree that I shouldn't be running the tractor unless I'm working(!?!)
Anyway it all seemed to be another misdirection ploy as the complaint was there speeding.
The sheriif did agree that the road should be driven very slow. He said his speedometer wasn't even registering and he thought it about right.
I can't wait for the judge tommorrow.
Ahhh... The classic "I'll take this under advisement."
Loosely translated it means I don't want to rule now and have someone yelling and screaming so I'll put it in the mail to each side later in the month. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
