Help Identifying Plow

Need help to identify this plow: (their is no tag or numbers I can find)



Also need advise on proper set up. Currently have JD4700 rear tires in their widest position. Plow needs clean-up repair to one of the leading points. (there is a 1.5" hole) Can I weld material into this area?

It is a Ferguson plow. I show one in the pic below that has the 3 piece setup. Some were only 2 piece (no wear shin in front of the moldboard) Ken Sweet

Thanks Ken. What are the rods, which are out to the side of the moldboards used for? (turf cleaners/cutters?) I also was interested in what the chains which are attached where these rods are connected are used for. Appears this may be an adjustment point.

The rods are for thick weeds to help roll them over with the sod. The chains look like they would be for missing jointers
