The parts alone for the 3rd function kit are about $925. (W R Long website)
I bought the valve from Summit, fabbed my own brackets. I did top/tilt/3rd function for under $500. That is not including the cylinders for the rear though. The parts alone for the 3rd function kit are about $925. (W R Long website)
Not bad. I mean, thats a lot of money, but not bad.$34K is what I was quoted this past October for a new 3560 with 805 loader and filled R14 tires. If you did it yourself, 2 sets of rear remotes and a 3rd function can be done for under $500 not including the cylinders. Add an extra $500 for 2 cylinders.
Kioti has been in business since 1947, been in the US since 1986. What concerns do you have to make that comment?"to dial in on the Kioti CK3510"
Talk to us again in 40 years.
I will have to respectfully disagree. I have used tractors for over 35 years, both personally and professionally. I purchased my Kubota L2502 specifically to deal with 20 acres of woods with hundreds of downed trees. The 2502 has been great at dealing with the logs, carrying them, dragging them, making trails to get to them, clearing brush, etc. The 2502 has worked very well and always felt safe using it.OP: as i've mentioned in other threads regarding smaller tractor purchases: a spin around the dealer's lot is a poor simulation of field use. compacts have a way of suddenly shrinking in size & hp once they are delivered on site.
lifting logs w/a 2901 or 3901? i'd never consider anything that small just from a safety viewpoint. good luck w/purchase
btw way, welcome to the forum, wise to post here
Um, ok? I will probably have a newer, better tractor by then, if I'm even still alive. I didn't buy this machine to last me 40 years, and wouldn't advise the OP to think that way either."to dial in on the Kioti CK3510"

Do you drive your cars and trucks for 40 years? Nonsense.
