Help! Need Some Help from a JD Pro.

My dealer is a rural, ag oriented dealership. They sell a lot of CUT's, but they sell far more ag tractors and that is the mind-set of everyone there. The sales staff almost all farm as well as work at the dealership. I really like the guys there, but they have an annoying habit of telling me how to "work around" JD compontents, instead of just looking up the parts I want to price and, most likely, order.

If it truly is a "part", that is no problem, because I can look that up on line and the guys at the parts counter just take a part number, look it up and give me a price (which is usually better than JD list).

It's when it is a whole goods part that I run into a roadblock.

Can someone find me the part number and a list price for the forward grapple hard line hose kit for the 430 loader and also for the second set of hydraulic connections for the third SCV. I have the rear connections, and I am pretty sure you can also get a kit for connections that fit right where the other FEL connections are.

I had some long flexible hoses made that run around to the back, but they're awkward

That is frustrating. Similar experience, when I knew the part was made, but the salesman hadn't had the time (or taken the time) to keep his sales book up to date with all the latest changes (and I believe that is a monumental task to keep that book up to date) and additions. So until he did, I couldn't find out what the part # was, and parts is no help (maybe on a different path or plane from the whole goods).
On a 445 lawn tractor, I had hoses made to run rear hydraulic rams and didn't know until the last day I owned it that there was a neat kit of bent tubing that extended the couplings to the rear of the tractor. Tough when the company goes to the trouble to make the parts but the limitation is the salesman at the end of the line. But they are busy too. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Here is the simplified version of what you are looking for,,
it's called the "third function oil tubes"
It will include the lines for the loader, and the hoses
to run to the rear of the tractor to the 3rd SCV outlets.
BW14715 with a list price of $321.

Salty, though, isn't it? /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Guess I'll go along with my hayfield buddies and work around it for a little bit longer. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Eventually I'll get tired of cleaning up hydro fluid and bungee cording 25 feet of hose and order it.

It appears that the BW14715 has been discontinued, without a new Bundle (part number) Substitution yet. However, it does show that there are 6 Dealers Nationwide that have them in stock. If I were you, I would contact my local JD Dealer and snap up one of those remaining kits. IF they offer a new Bundle Number I am fairly certain the price won't be cheaper /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I know my entire OIL TUBES AND HOSES (COMPLETE GOODS/SHIP BUNDLE) 3rd valve oil line kit for my 3320 was $216. Part number is BW15630.
