Trainer TR45 front end loader
Hi, I have purchased a traner TR45 front end loader.
I have trouble with the spark plugs oiling up after approximately 15/20 minutes running time which I then have to remove, clean and refit. The TR only has approximately 3 hours work on it and this happens constantly. Also I added some strength to the weak braking system by weld stronger brake arms.
Also can anyone let me know about the gearing mechanism and why 1st gear is extremely quick and I need to know if there is anyway of reducing the speed for more lower torque and less speed.
Can you find a servicing pdf manual anywhere?

Have not a clue about the unit but the plugs getting oil fouled is a sure sign of worn valve guides or failed stem boots. Failed boots allow the engine oil to migrate down the valve stems, into the combustion chambers and foul the plugs. Worn valve guides to the same thing. Hopefully, your boots are shot as that is a pretty easy repair. The boots get hard with age and eventually start passing oil.

Unit age, not hours is the culprit.

Bad rings will do the same thing. Using a straight reg 40W
oil worked in yesteryears vehicles

Good catch. This comment from that thread may have bearing on the OP's problem...

The Valve Covers need to be swapped sides so you can add engine oil. Change it too quickly, it is oil but not engine oil
