That is exactly my point.
If you want to use that valve as others have suggested by just plugging the port you can certainly do it, but the manufacturer recommends to run the OUT port to tank because of the about 500 psi limits on the internal parts of the valve.
Some have said the FEL valve is not first in line with the pump flow, is that correct?
I don't know if you have a hyd block that will allow you to add remotes, and use the FEL and 3pt without moving a selector lever.
I am almost certain you should use the PB and somehow connect the PB hose to the 3pt, and run the OUT/tank hose to tank.
The other FEL valve that was installed, was that a factory valve or did someone just add a FEL valve, and did it have PB?
Before the loader was installed, do you know the hyd path from pump to the 3pt.
On the relief settings, whichever valve is first, set that relief to 50 PSI below the pump max pressure or your system pressure of 1700 psi.
All reliefs should be set the same, as the first relief will set the limit for the hyd system.
