Purchased my first tractor last month along with 5 acres in north Texas. Have a Ferguson TO 35 with a complete engine overhaul about 300 hours ago. Invested a total of $4250 with a front loader bucket, brush hog, and a ground leveler/reverse scoop. Looking to work the land and install some RV spots.

My goal is to increase hp to about 60 and then purchase the back hoe attachment. They are expensive! Cheapest I found so far is 2k and it needs repairs.

Want to dig my wife a pond with a beach connecting to a volley ball area.
