Hi ; New member with a question. Davis D100-A ?

Hi Guys , Bruce here from Ardtrea ,Ontario Canada. Just a little spot across the lake from Casino Rama , in snow country . I'm the proud owner of a pairof 8N's 1950&51 , have had a 48 Ferguson,58 440 Deere Dozer/loader/backhoe & a late 60's Massey Industrial loader tractor but still prefer my 8N's. I've got about 18 acre's that's a bit wet , I where my "wellies" from Oct. to June , & after 5 year's have just had the tractor to the rear of the property for the first time,I'll have to wait for frost now. Have scaper blade,pull type blower,sickle mower & finish mower, just purchased a loader & a D100-A Davis backhoe .So NOW come's the QUESTION Does anyone know how many GPM this backhoe needs to operate efficiently? I realize I need an external pump ,but I needed one for the loader & am hoping it won't be to big for the loader. Thanks for any help and nice meeting you guys for the first time(it's always the newby that causes the@#$*%) By for now 8N Bruce

Start a new thread in Hydraulics and the Master JJ should give you your answer.

Hi Murphy Thanks for the reply. It was waiting for me by the time this window loaded, on dial-up ,I'm in an eletronic hole here ,this is the most dependable &cost efficient internet. It's been freezing rain here ,hope it's as sunny as your pic for you today Hi again 8N Bruce
