Thanks guys. One of the things I learned a long time ago was how to install the oval lights we put on truck beds and trailers. This client likes lights. He is happier than a pup with two tails at a tail wagging contest to live in a time when we have LEDs. Each one of these lights has 24 LEDs, so does the back up lights. The Texas tail-brake lights has 3 LEDs per bulb and there are 32 bulbs.
Here's the way I do it. 2 1/2 inch hole saw cuts on 4 1/4 inch centers. Then I cut cut out the material between the holes. The black spot is where the back up sensor goes. We're also going to install the camera that was in the tail gate in the new bed, wife's truck, she insists upon the niceties she had before the conversion.
