340 hours. About 100hr/year... no mowing.

I have been on my L3700 a few times in the past couple weeks. It's got 210 hours now and is about 6 years old. My Skidsteer has 600 +\- and it's almost 10 years old. I had a BX22. Before the L3700, and it was used as a mower most of the time and that one got about 60 hrs a year.

It is interesting to consider this subject. I have put on about 70 hours a year - averaged out. Some years a lot more than other years. I am finally getting to a point where I consider myself a skilled and safe operator - though the "pucker" factor needs calibrating from time to time when I am working in the hills. And I find I am able to figure most things out - eventually - re upkeep and maintenance (with a lot of valuable advice from this forum). The number of hours have dropped off as the major projects have been finished - but I still enjoy every bit of seat time I can get.
The uses have been for mowing, grading, landscaping, taking out and moving trees (logging chains a great help), moving boulders (a lot of boulders - some had to be dragged on a skid), moving dirt in and taking dirt out, putting in fences, hauling material, trenching, road building and more.

I'm around 240 hours, it will be 2 years old at the end of next month.
Most of the use is haying type work. I did put a lot of hours on it building my barn though.

I've owned five Kubotas over the last 36 years. They were used mostly for mowing, snow removal and road maintenance on our 1.25 mile private road. Like the OP, I consider a tractor a necessity of life here in Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains.

Bought used just over 5 years ago at 591 hours. Now about 925 hours, so about 66 hours / year. Mowing and snow, but some ground clearing also with the rachet rake. Snow and rachet rake work are way more satisfying than mowing, but any seat time is better than no seat time.
