How about a spare tire for my trailer

Well, I finally got a spare tire. I opted for an exact duplicate. Well, everything is the same with the exception that we have triangle holes instead of round holes in the white painted spoke trailer rims. Same bolt pattern and same tire size and load variants. I bought it on EBAY brand new and got it shipped through the mail in two days costing $96.00 total right to my front door.

Now I think I will take one of those old spindle hubs saved off that front axle when I added a brake set up. That should weld some how to a piece on the trailer for a nice spare tire holder.

make a good spare lugnut holder at the same time.. that way if you loose a lugnut by the roadside.. you are good to go.. got a few spare ont he spare holder..

Get a axle stub and the proper bearings, races, and seal and for $20 or so you will have a full replacement of everything on the trailer except for the brake. Would be invaluable at 11pm with a spun bearing to get you back up and running.
