How bad am I scr*wed?

I replaced a Rexroth pump for about $9000 on a JCB. Definitely not for the faint of heart.
I wouldn’t worry about it. Just follow your tractors maintenance schedule. Life’s too short to worry about a pump grenading.

I never realized just how expensive these hydraulic pumps can be for Skidsteers and large construction equipment. They put our tractor hydraulic pumps to shame.

I made a pressure gauge to test the hydraulic pressure. I get around 2350 psi before the pressure relief valve kicks in, which is the pressure mentioned in the service manual so all is good

One thing though, my FEL quick release are smaller than the backhoe quick release, I wasn't expecting that. When I bought the quick release, I measured at the backhoe because they were more accessible. I didn't think the front one were smaller. Backhoe's quick release are 1/2" so that makes the FEL qick release 3/8". Now I need to get 3/8" quick release if I want to measure the FEL operating pressure
