Kioti CK25 Low Hydraulic Pressure

Did you perform the simple heat test I suggested to confirm the pump is indeed bad?

You don’t have any experience with the eBay pumps in the ~$300 range do you? It’s looking like over $1k for a Kioti pump but eBay has a few listed for ck25 for under 300.
I see the listing. No pump brand given. Right above it is a seal kit, also about $300, and you do not know which pump it is for. There were no such pumps listed for sale back when I needed to replace and rebuild the 2 on CK30s I did years ago.

You should test to see if pump gets hot quickly in operation under load, as suggested by OLDnSLOW. You can use a temp gun, or just put your hand on it.

Took the pump off today, and found the previous owner has stripped two of the 4 bolts holding the pump together. So looks like my options are to either A)get a seal kit and helicoil the two holes or B)Find a new pump.

I ordered the ebay pump and it came in today, but it is not the correct pump. It has the same holes for mounting but the pump itself is longer and it seems the splines are different than the pump that was on it.

It is the original Casappa pump if anyone has a lead on one for a reasonable price.

Both your original pump and the eBay pump are Cassappa brand?

Since you have taken your original apart, look at the seals and pressure chambers really closely to evaluate condition. Even if you have signs of cavitation, your pump may be rebuildable. When the outer O-rings get damaged, then no amount of tightening of the bolts will help.

I think I had a thread about rebuilding this pump.
