The trouble with my tax return is that I look poor, but my expendable income can run anywhere from 50-80% of my gross income because of tax writeoffs and my low low cost of living, almost no rent since I am a caretaker where I live and cook all my own meals...

What you are describing is the typical small business person.Can you somehow use your tractor in your business?If you can,depreciate it out,you will be even poorer.I dont recall anything being asked about tax returns or check stubs only an estimated annual income.

I was asked my income...and was I smart enough to sign my own name. Thats about it!

My guess is it will be there, but it may not apply to the newest model tractors, like the Lxx40. However, depending on sales and the economy it may apply to the whole line again at some point. Extra incentive may be given on tractors that are being replaced, like the Lxx30. Just my guess!

I'd swear they got 10% down and no fee that I was told of to process it. With that type of salesman you might think of going elsewhere.

Unless the application has changed sense I did it. Sounds like they just want to pocket some Jeffersons's from you to him.

I was faced with this issue. 3.99% for 60 months but I had to buy before the 31st of Dec. Nobody could know for sure what would happen. As luck had it they did extend it. But even a few % change adds up quick if it's not in your favor.

Does it ever get better than 0%??

As a new owner (4-5 weeks) of a BX24. I can tell you getting the 0% was a very easy process. 15 minutes taking my information. No money down no fees I left without paying anything. 2 days later a BX24 was dropped off at my house. I do not have any payments due until next year. My credit rating is good and I knew the guy running the dealership so it made it a little quicker.
Life is great when you can use other peoples money and keep yours in the bank.
