OK. All great info, but it brings up two more questions.

Should I hook the PTO lines together when I am not running a PTO item (Bucket)? Or should I let them hang?

Also, talking pressure and GPM...

What is the PTO circuit on the 1850 rated at? (I assume 18GPM @ 3200 PSI)

And what is the Aux PTO Circuit rated at?

I aske because I am working on a design for a chipper and tiller that use a Hydraulic motor....

When my main PTO circuit is not in use, I put the covers on the ends that came with the tractor.

When the aux PTO is not in use powering something like the angle cylinder on the snow plow, it is connected to the quick attach cylinder, so those connections are never exposed to anything.

When I store an attachment that runs off the main PTO, since the hoses have connectors of opposite sex, I connect its hoses together to keep out the dirt.

When I store an attachment that runs off the aux PTO, like the snow plow, since those connections have the same sex on both hoses, I just throw a zip lock bag over the ends of the hoses.
