How do I move this FAST? Lost land lease to developers

The fastest and probably safest way to move it/them would be a crane. Hook the four corners, lift, swing. If they set up in the right spot, they just might be able to do the 1,000' in one swing.

Certainly not the least expensive option though.

No crane a homeowner can afford has a 500 foot boom. Locally you can get a truck crane for about $300 minimum but it’s not swinging 1000 foot.

I would think there would be some guys around there willing to help you out. I would for a good biscuit and a little honey on top.

Maybe ask the developers if they would help you relocate it.

500' boom wouldn't be able to swing 1,000' in one swing. Not sure what crane could do it...I've sure never seen one.

This is a great idea. They will probably want it gone anyway.

4 post or 5 posts? Are they really set in concrete or on concrete?

A 1000' move in one swing would require at the least a 500' crane. That's tall enough to reach the top of a 50 story building. Just the cost of bringing something like that on-site would be insane.

I think I would...

Put 2 or 3 crossbeams under the rafters.

Build a frame that would fit on a tractor loader in front and implement in the rear.

Make it big enough so it clears the roof by about 8 inches.

Raise it until it touches the crossbeams.

Cut the posts off.

Lift and drive away with the shed.

Something similar to this is the way to go.

There's a company around St. Paul, Minnesota that sells used garages. They pick them up when people want them gone and move them to a storage lot. When people want a garage, they go to the lot, pick one out, and they move it to the property. It's pretty straight forward.

You'll have to weld some bracing between the two front posts.
Then between the two end posts.
Then between the rear center post and the front cross brace.
Back a trailer or two hay wagons under the bracing.
Cut the legs off at the ground.
Jack the bracing up to put some wood cribbing between the braces and the trailers.
Lower it down onto the trailer(s).
Secure it with some ratchet straps and slowly drive away.
Just be sure to leave enough room to jack the legs up high enough to clear any undulations in the terrain as you travel.
