How do I move this FAST? Lost land lease to developers

I'm confused as to what these do and why you would want to keep them? There is some value in materials, but what does a one walled structure accomplish? I would take them apart for the materials and then build some loading sheds with 3 walls.

Loading shed or Loafing shed? :)

Loafing shed for horses most likely. One wall to reduce sun/wind.

All the best,

majority gets my vote also

disassemble - move - reassemble

much quicker, and easier than trying to lift and then painstakingly move them

What is the definition of ASAP?

If the land is to be developed, there are usually time lags for planning, permitting, etc. Is a short term lease extension, prior to development, possible or desirable?
Am guessing the instant the lease terminates if the buildings remain then she loses them.

I'm guessing not much concrete was used to anchor the posts.

My first effort would be to disassemble. Maybe every single piece. Maybe you can keep the roof in one piece. Cut the front posts off at the roof. Guessing a FEL and a chain will pull the posts out of the ground with concrete attached. You'll need the full length of the posts to reuse.

I think Eddie - post#31 - has the right idea. Trying to move while intact is, most likely, going to end in a pile of rubble. Disassemble - save what you can - start with a new built shed that will withstand the weather.

I wonder - if all five sheds were on the lease land - they may not have been able to be insured.

No one can possibly know without knowing the lease terms. Which she has not supplied.

I'd first try to pull out the posts set in concrete. What have you got to loose ? A chain on your 5055's lower links wrapped around a post may pull up. Then you could flop it on the back wall and tow it to a new location. Need new holes, but that's what biscuits can get done.
