OK.. here is the skinny.... it appears that this is the correct way to set the auxiliary valve if you want to use just two hoses. I have it on good authority from the Central Division Kubota Technical Representative that this is the way that some dealers would plumb it and that it is perfectly acceptable method if you don't need full hydraulic pressure to the cylinder.
Having said all that, I have also figured out a way to use the power beyond to power this valve and to plumb it with the three lines so it will be fully functional with full pressure to the cylinder.
Now getting to the next topic.... the valve. Yes, I am beginning to realize that you are having second thoughts about taking me into you family with the impending marriage of your old maid daughter and the proposition that you suggest that you would make it financially worthwhile for me to consider the union. I also am having second thoughts since you seem to be reneging on most if not all the promises that you have made. I know that there are going to be a lot of TBN members that are going to be very disappointed to not be able to attend the festive event that you had planned for your pole barn.
Getting back to the valve........ the basic engineering is completed and not it is onto the prototype steel modification work. Unfortunately, my pole barn is late in getting started, so I am still working out in the cold. You wouldn't happen to know where the deposit check is in the mail, would you????? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yeah, but continued operation of it may be a problem ....... unless he's double-jointed /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

With all the good theories on Junk's hydraulics I couldn't let this thread die on that kind of restriction. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I went to the proctologist today and he said that I am healing well. It was about a 3 hour surgery to remove what took about 3 seconds to place. You TBN guys sure do play rough, but I am tough and can take it. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'm glad everything worked out all right cause as far as I'm concerned we're going to give it to you again. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I just want to take this opportunity to pat myself on the back, as I just read this tread again from start to finish, trying to understand EVERYONE's contribution....

My head is still spinning....

But I think we still need to come to the conclusion as to why Junkman would measure 1,500 PSI on his CC valve hose when the tractor engine is running at full RPM.

That soulds like about 75% of max system pressure.

Too high to make me feel comfortable...

Ok, I'll poke at this campfire a bit.. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

There may have been a bubble or drop of water on the meter and it really read 150... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I just put a pressure gauge in line with with pressure line from the pump on my TL3200, I found with the three point hitch rased up and full throttle I have 1000 lb of pressure on my gauge. there must something in the tph that is active all the time because my tph does not leak down when the tractor is running....Larry

That is interesting data. I don't know much about your tractor, but if it's hydraulic flow is 4 GPM (that is what the BX is,) it is using about 2.75 HP as long as that condition exist.

I have a B7500. When I raise the hitch, I can hear the engine load up. If I leave it all the way up, the engine remains loaded up. Also in this situation, my FEL will not work properly. I have not looked at it's design, but this is what I think is happening. In the up position and the lift at max height, I think the system relief valve is being activated. Also the PB from the FEL feeds the 3pt hitch. When the 3pt activates the relief valve, there is minimal delta pressure across the FEL valve to operate the FEL.

I have to pull my 3pt level off at max height for proper operation.

Could it be that something similar is happening on your tractor?
