Ya and tragic if the old Ford had enough guts to actually raise the front end and flip the tractor backwards. It tried to a few times.

They still have their uses today but I agree that most of the time there is a better tool for the job. BTW you don't need a drawbar to pull with a Ford N series just use the toplink:laughing:

*cringes* chain snap / come loose = he injured or dead, rear tires on backwards, way to easy to flip tractor hooking up high like that, did a running start once or twice. *cringes* i like to live.

I had the volume turned down when I watched this the last time because my wife was watching TV. I just watched it again and to my surprise the older guy talks about the driver landing on his head and "don't flip it". I originally thought they were unaware, now I realize they knew this was dangerous. I now understand natural selection a little better.
